Project Director for the development of Hungary’s first factory Outlet Centre, built in 3 phases the scheme now totals 250,000 sqft with over 100 trading stores.
Charged with managing the process of letting the scheme to the likes of Nike / Puma / Adidas / Levis and Mango together with the preparation of development budgets / appraisals and cost monitoring, as well as overseeing the Centre Management and Operation of the scheme.
Involved in the investment sale of Phase 1 & 2 to Morley in November 2006.

Project Director for the development of Denmark’s first Outlet Centre near Copenhagen, the centre opened in March 2008 and totals 130,000 sqft with 60 stores.
Actively involved in the letting of the units to the likes of Nike / Reebok / Puma / Hugo Boss / Levis and Mango.
Overseeing the preparation of development budgets / appraisals and cost monitoring, as well as Centre Marketing and Operation.
